The Weiner Got a Sweet Touch with the Maple Lodge Farms Chocolate Eclair Hot Dog

After a Labor Day weekend, you've probably had your share of grilled hot dogs. Or, after this summer, you've decided that wieners are now B-O-R-I-N-G.  Thanks to Maple Lodge Farms in Canada, you can turn your boring old wiener into the most sought after hot dog  treat on your street!According to Eric Pfeiffer of Yahoo! News, Maple Lodge Farms shared their salty/sweet treat at the Canadian National Exhibition, which is similar to our State Fairs in the States.

I sincerely wish I could be so creative.  Chocolate Marinated Rib Eye?  Nope!  Every time I think I  have an idea of something people might eat, I second guess myself and never take the chance.  I'm sure there's SOMETHING that hasn't been deep fried yet!

CHOCOLATE ECLAIR HOT DOG

Insert a cooked hot dog into a sliced chocolate eclair, garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired, and enjoy.
