Hi! Thanks for listening to Cathy and I every morning since 2007. I grew up on ‘The Range’ and I’ve made the Twin Ports my home for over the last decade. It’s a great place for my wife and I to raise our kids. I love to hunt, fish, and hang out in our great outdoors. I also love my job! It’s great to be able to connect with everybody in the Northland every morning and have a few laughs together. I’ve lived in many different parts of the Midwest, but nothing is as great as right here!

Lauren Wells

Hi! I’m thrilled to be back in the state I love after being away for a few years. I was born and raised in the Northern Twin Cities, where I stayed until venturing off to the desert for college at Arizona State University. Shortly after graduating with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, I moved out west where I signed on as a weather anchor for a television morning show in Casper, Wyoming. After three years, I decided it was time to come back home! A few of my favorite things include my niece, Halloween, coffee, crime shows and all things scary
