Every September 11th since 2001, we remember the horrific terrorist attack on the World Trade Center, Pentagon, and the plane that went down in Pennsylvania.  Some people believe we should move on.  Literally we get complaints sometimes when we play patriotic music to remember, saying "when can we move on and not make a big deal about it every year?"  Unfortunately we can't.  It's the world we live in now and have been for the last 13 years.  Once we forget, we let our guard down.

Last night President Obama laid out the strategy for fighting the latest terrorist group ISIS.  It's the next chapter in the war on terrorism.  Nobody is exactly sure of the threat that ISIS actually is against our homeland, but the U.S. Government is taking it seriously.

The biggest worry now is westerners from US and Europe joining the ISIS group, training, and then coming back to the homeland as acting terrorists.  Sounds familiar, doesn't it?  The Boston Marathon bombing?

Either way we must stay vigilant, and we must remember 9/11.
