December 5, 2012 Every year we hear about people falling through the ice on the lakes. Especially now with the warmer early winter weeks, it's important for people to understand when and how to venture out on the ice. According to the MN DNR, ice is never 100% safe!

June 4, 2012 I've had a curse put on since the last walleye I missed in July 2006. I had pretty good luck, catching nice walleyes all that summer. Then one day, I missed the biggest walleye of my life. The thing was huge, well over 30 inches.
May 14, 2012 Believe it or not, I dodged a bullet. They really should have Mother's Day on a different weekend or something. Why have it on fishing opener? After packing everything up, going to the cabin and getting ready to fish, I realized that I totally forgot to get my wife something for Mother's Day. What am I going to do???

It's a pretty amazing app, and I just bought it this weekend gearing up for fishing. I don't have the fancy equipment on my boat, but this is cheap and quick to learn. It's $9.99 for all the lakes in the US.
