What IS different is the Lake Superior Zoo is "going GREEN" with the event featuring 'eco eggs'! Let me explain.
March 26, 2013 My hubby and I will be joining Ken Hayes and his family for Easter this year. When I asked what I could bring the suggestion was deviled eggs. That's easy enough, but I wanted a recipe I could WOW them with, so I turned to Taste of Home. These adorable chicks will make Ken shake his head, but when he tastes the hint of ranch dressing he'll forget their whimsical and just appreciate that I brought them! Put them on your Easter table too!

March 20, 2013 I recently started "baking" my bacon, instead of frying it. It's not as messy, suppose to be healthier and gives me 15 minutes to get the rest of the meal prepared. I have never tried baking my eggs in their shell, but this Easter instead of hard boiled, I'm going to try this easy, guaranteed way to make a hard egg for coloring. Have you tried it?
March 8, 2013 When my daughter Kylee was growing up, I remember having to come up with creative ideas for her Friday meals during Lent. When I saw this Taste of Home recipe for Tuna 'n' Pea Casserole, I immediately thought, "I could serve THAT on Friday". Kylee is 19 now so I don't cook Friday night meals for her much anymore, but if you're still looking for that meal that works for Fridays during Lent, try this one!

April 5, 2012 It's Easter Time!!! Have you colored eggs yet? Yep, me neither! So I always seem to either under cook or over cook. I don't mind the under cooked, but the wife and kids do. So, since I love food and like to cook, I am always looking for good recipes and tips. Here's some great tips, some I knew, some are new.

Here's an easy way to use up several hard boiled eggs in one shot. Devil them! I LOVE deviled eggs and usually only get them as hors derves at parties.
