It's March, you think you wouldn't have to worry about finding an alternative route to work or school.  But, starting March 21, if your travel includes Northbound I-35 or Duluth bound I-525, you will.  Here's the specifics:

Motorists traveling on northbound I-35 in Duluth will be restricted to a single lane from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday, March 21, weather permitting, while crews install a new changeable message sign on the Garfield Avenue Bridge.

The northbound I-535 to northbound I-35 ramp will also close during this same time. Motorists traveling on Duluth-bound I-535 will be required to follow a signed detour to 21st Avenue W and back to northbound I-35.

If it should rain or snow heavily on that day, the project would then be completed on Friday, March 22.
