Has Valentine's Day gotten ho-hum and boring?  Looking to spice it up?  Do you and your love, share your love of animals?  Then, here is the perfect suggestion and it helps out the Lake Superior Zoo too!!  Plan on attending the Paw de Deux, here's the details.

Clear your social calendar for Saturday, February 11, 2012.  You're in for a fantastic evening at the Northland Country Club, 3901 East Superior Street, Duluth.

5 pm Social, Silent Auction, Complimentary Champagne & Martini Bar

7 pm Gourmet Dinner

8 pm Live Auction

9 pm Live Music & Dancing to the Pot Bellied Stallions

Menu:

Winter Salad: organic greens with balsamic vinaigrette, goat cheese, pomegranates & shaved Venezuelan dark chocolate

Main Course: triple seared roasted tenderloin, stuffed shrimp, tri-colored fingerling potatoes, baby carrots, asparagus & braised fennel

Vegetarian Entrée: braised kale and mushroom risotto, pan seared wild rice dusted Tempe and gorgonzola cheese

Dessert: assorted petit desserts graciously donated by Valentini’s Vinco Lago
