Winter Break Doesn’t Mean the Kids Have to Stop Learning, Sign the Family Up for Winter Camps at Hartley Nature Center in Duluth
Learning doesn’t have to stop just because the kids are on winter break. Not when we have Hartley Nature Center in our own backyard. If your daycare provider is taking a vacation, this could be your answer! The kids will learn to enjoy winter, make the most of our unique season with the help of Winter Camps, but hurry, you need to sign up now, because space is limited and going fast!
Even though the official start of winter is still weeks away Hartley Nature Center has got plans for the your kids during the school break week of December 27-28. If you have children between the ages of 4 to 9, sign them up for a fun learning experience with winter-themed Holiday Break Camps at Hartley Nature Center.
They might explore the woods, get creative with snow, or try out a new winter sport. A variety of options and schedules are offered to accommodate families including half or whole day options, morning or afternoon sessions, and early drop off.
Winter Break Camps will be offered again the week of February 18-22, 2013. There are camps for kids ages 4 to 9 with half or whole day options. Young people can try winter camping, learn about winter legends or other “sno-ventures”.
