WI Stupid Criminal Films Himself With Stolen Camera, “Cops Won’t Figure This Out” [VIDEO]
May 23, 2012 9:39 AM Meet Mr. Houaka Yang, a La Crosse WI man, and the reigning champion of being a stupid criminal. He stole this camera out of Wisconsin State Senate Candidate Bill Feehan. The camera was actually one of his aide’s, Chris Rochester.
Home surveillance camera caught Yang and his girlfriend stealing the camera along with other items. Once they turned over the stolen items, Rochester posted the video to YouTube. Both Yang and his 13 year old girlfriend are being charged. No surprise that Yang was already on bond from stealing other items from cars. Guess he didn’t learn the first time. Too bad.
