The Minnesota Vikings recently revealed that quarterback Teddy Bridgewater had been cleared to practice, making incredible progress recovering from a horrible knee injury.  Today, head coach Mike Zimmer announced that the team will welcome him back to the practice field this week.

In his Monday press conference, Zimmer revealed that Teddy will be eased into practice as early as Wednesday.  The Vikings will certainly be careful getting him back up to speed and he will remain on the physically-unable-to-perform (PUP) list.  He can stay there for three weeks before the Vikings have to make a decision on adding him to the 53-man roster or officially ending his season.

Even if he is ultimately unable to play in a game this season, it speaks to Bridgewater's work ethic and determination that he's come this far this fast.
