US Bank Stadium Construction Hits Another Milestone

Before we know it, the Minnesota Vikings will be taking the field at US Bank Stadium.  While the field is not in place yet, another important milestone was achieved this week and your butt will be grateful. 

The Minnesota Vikings have announced  that a crew from Irwin Seating that ranged from six people to 35 has finished the nine-month installation of nearly 64,000 seats, finishing two weeks ahead of schedule.

Seating at US Bank Stadium includes more than 58,000 fixed seats and nearly 6,000 retractable seats that will make the stadium available for a wide variety of events.

Luke Bryan is set to be perform the first concert there on Friday, August 19 and then Metallica will be the first rock show at the venue the very next night.
