TwinsFest Weekend Has Officially Begun At Target Field

It's beautiful day today and the temps should remain nice for Saturday at least, so why not think spring and head down to Minneapolis for TwinsFest?  Last summer I had the opportunity to be on the field for All Star Game batting practice so you don't have to twist my arm too hard to go to Target Field.

The Minnesota Twins are hosting TwinsFest today through Sunday. It's the largest annual fundraiser for the Minnesota Twins Community Fund. A longstanding Minnesota baseball tradition, The Minnesota Twins say that TwinsFest will provide Twins fans with exclusive and intimate baseball experiences throughout the course of the weekend.

Here is the schedule:

• Friday, Jan. 23 – 4 to 9:30 p.m.
• Satturday, Jan. 24 – 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Sunday, Jan. 25 – 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

More than 60 current, former and future Twins players and coaches are scheduled to appear throughout the course of the weekend.
