This Weeks Country Throwback Features Patsy Cline, In Honor Of The Superior Ice Structure

When thinking about what song to feature on my Country Throwback this week, my mind wandered to the fate of the Superior ice structure.  Suddenly a Patsy Cline classic became an obvious choice.  

Released in 1961, "I Fall To Pieces" was Patsy Cline's first #1 hit on the Country charts, and her second hit single to cross over onto the Pop charts.  While obviously not written about the Superior ice structure, it makes for a great theme song.
