Christian Ponder did not practice again today in London for the Minnesota Vikings as they prepare for their home away from home game in London against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. His rib injury was worse than initially thought, giving Matt Cassel the green light to start on Sunday.

Last night Vikings lost to the Buccaneers, which hurts enough.  Add on top of that some poor sportsmanship and you've got one angry crowd.  Donald Penn was on Jared Allen for most of the game, but this play is what really upset Jared Allen and fans.

I read this story and couldn't talk about it on the air because it choked me up. Wait till you hear about this young man and what his former coach did for him. Makes all my troubles seem small.

I love to follow the drama that is the NFL Draft.  I have been reading so many mock drafts that have the Vikings taking the very safe and good pick in OT Matt Kalil.  Then there are those who think the Vikings should roll the dice with flashy WR Justin Blackmon.
