I know, it's hard enough to remember which side of the street you should be parked on. Most of us rely on trusting our neighbors (most we've never met) to be on top of it and we just follow their lead. Due to the recent snow accumulation posing significant challenges the Duluth Police Department will be enforcing the parking ordinance and issuing tickets for those that don't comply.
We all complained about our Northland roads. Oh sure, the snow was taken care of but the ice that was under that snow is thick, rough and impossible to remove with our usual means. The City of Duluth heard our voices are tackling the situation with a new brine solution.
