Superior Cancels School, Announces It On Hilariously Slow Announcement Scroll [VIDEO]

Superior School District has cancelled classes today because of the localized heavy snow in the city.  We went to the school district's website to confirm and saw this hilariously slow announcement scroll.  Seriously, someone needs to speed this up!
