I have always admired lugers, that has got to be exhilarating, racing down an icy tube with no restraints or protection except a helmet.  Their body muscles have GOT to be amazing!  They have to fight the centrifugal force with every fiber of their being at speeds of over 70mph.  How do they prepare for such a dangerous ride?  Kate Hansen has a very unique way and with good reason.
