If you've been thinking about hitting the road for the 40th running of Grandma's Marathon, make sure to sign up today to avoid the first price increase.

Grandma’s Marathon will remain at the lowest registration cost until 11:59 p.m. tonight.  According to Grandma's Marathon, over 4,000 runners have already signed up for the 40th anniversary celebration.  The first price increase will raise the cost from $100 to $110, where it will remain until January 1st.  Runners who register prior to December 31 will also receive a commemorative 40th anniversary jacket free of charge.  Entries for the marathon will be taken on a first come, first served basis until registration reaches 8,500 participants.

$100 October 1 to October 21 (includes free jacket)
$110 October 22 to December 31 (includes free jacket)
$115 January 1 to March 31 (option to purchase jacket)
$125 April 1 to June 1 (option to purchase jacket)
