Before I started roasting pumpkin seeds, a pumpkin was just a decoration used around Halloween and Thanksgiving.  Everything was thrown in the garbage after gutting and carving it.  But, with this Taste of Home Roasted Pumpkin Seed recipe, your family can enjoy a seasonal favorite and you get kudos for throwing less of your pumpkin away.
