Let's travel back in time to this iconic 1984 Apple Computer Macintosh commercial conceived by Chiat/Day and directed by Ridley Scott.

Believe it or not, this was nationally aired on television only once - during the 3rd quarter of the 1984 Super Bowl football game.  It was designed to show our future would not be like George Orwell wrote about in his novel 'Nineteen Eighty-Four'.

I never expected that we'd be broken from the control of Big Brother by what looks to be a Hooters waitress throwing a hammer, but who's complaining?
