Around this time every year, I start to feel like I'm done with winter.  I know that there will be plenty more cold and snow, but I start to look at the website for the Minnesota Twins and think about how much I want some type of season ticket.  While the Twins do come up with some flexible season ticket packages, none have been a perfect fit.  That could change this season.

The Minnesota Twins announced this week that there is now a new season ticket plan available for the 2016 season.  The Flex Plan gives fans the ability to be a Twins season ticket holder along with the flexibility to choose which games they want to attend and how many tickets they want for each game.

The Flex Plan consists of 20 tickets that can be redeemed in any increment for any games with the exception of the four elite games and the Home Opener. Enjoy easy redemption through the Ballpark App on your mobile device.

Redemption will begin starting in March and the Flex Plan provides you the flexibility to redeem tickets all the way up to first pitch on game day. That's perfect for those of us who want to check out the weather before needing to fully commit to driving down for a game.

The Flex Plan is available in two seating categories and two price points, with the Home Plate View tickets at $440 each and Field View tickets at $680 each.  Now we just have to hope for a nice tax refund this year.
