Just weeks after their biggest fundraiser of the year, the crew was at it again. They just got done raising over $20,000 at Harold's Golf Fiasco, and now they've added some icing to the cake with another $4800 raised during Harold's Hogfest in Carlton, Minnesota.

How can a town with a population of just 962 people raise this kind of money? It takes a village.

The annual pig roast takes place in September at the Carlton VFW. They serve up pulled pork sandwiches, Ray Schmitz's famous beans, coleslaw, and all the fixings. It's only $8 a plate, and that's a good deal for this great of a meal!

Ray also makes the best beans, and he even makes his special Holy Schmitz Sauce. It's a clever name and tastes fantastic!

The fundraiser's mascot and chief taste tester Harold was there to be the ringleader of the circus. You can see him here giving these kids a hard time.

At the end of the day, when the numbers came in, over 350 people were served at the VFW. The total money raised was over $4,800.
