Low Water Pressure Problem Hits Parts of Duluth

The City of Duluth is reporting a problem this afternoon of low water pressure in the area of Miller Hill Mall, Duluth Heights, and Piedmont Heights. What’s causing the problem?

Crews are currently on the scene, tending to a 16-inch water main that has broken on Stanford Avenue in Duluth Heights. The issue impacts the Airpark, Miller Mall, Duluth Heights and Piedmont Heights areas for the immediate future until crews are able to repair the main. The City of Duluth reports low water pressure will persist until teams are able to get the main repaired. No time frame has been given as of the time of this report.
