Well, this was one very awkward reunion.

Arthur Booth, 49, was in Florida's Miami-Dade Circuit Court on burglary charges when Judge Mindy Glazer recognized him and realized they had gone to middle school together.

Booth then also had a lightning bolt moment, recognizing Glazer. The moment quickly caused him to burst into tears as Glazer spoke highly of him:

He was the best kid in middle school, I used to play football with him, all the kids looked up to him..and look what has happened I'm so sorry to see you there. Mr. Booth, I hope you're able to change your ways, good luck to you."

While Booth shed tears, Glazer waxed poetic and said, "What's sad is how old we've become. Good luck to you sir, I hope you're able to come out of this ok and just lead a lawful life "

Booth had been arrested for his role in a robbery late last month.
