They say you CAN enjoy dip and still eat healthy.  I've never tried this, have you?

According to California Vegetable Specialties, it's just one calorie per leaf.  It's described as crispy and crunchy with a sweet nutty flavor.  It's easy on the pocketbook too, per pound, endive is less expensive than most chips or crackers!

It has a natural spoon-like shape, so scoop up your favorite dips and salsas, and feel good about it.  Especially if YOUR favorite team wins.  I'm a Viking's fan, but for now....GO PACK!
