Help Find Lost Dog Ruger, and Bring Him Home

A yellow English lab named Ruger is missing.  He was last seen on July 24th in the Munger area.  A Facebook page has been formed, and we were requested to see if we could help spread the word.  Help us find Ruger, and read ahead for more details.
