When you hear "go green", you automatically think of recycling, reusing or saving the environment.  But, with the Duluth Public Library's Cabin Cabin Fever Reliever Series, it means, green smoothies!  You're invited to this FREE event that will add vitamins, fiber and antioxidants to your diet. It's been cold, so who wouldn't want to whip up some sunshine in a blender. You'll learn all about green smoothies at the Duluth Public Library (520 W. Superior St.) on Monday, January 28 at 6:30 pm in the Green Room, for FREE.

A daily green smoothie is a fun and tasty way to add more vitamins, fiber and antioxidants to your diet, which can contribute to radiant good health. The library staff’s “Green Smoothie Gurus” will explain why green smoothies are good for you, and share tips, recipes and samples to get you started on a healthy habit.

This is all part of the library’s winter Cabin Fever Reliever program. For more information, call 730-4200/option 6.
