Construction On Duluth Transit Authority Multimodal Transportation Center Causes Road Closure Next Week

The construction that continues on the new Duluth Transit Authority Multimodal Transportation Center will cause a downtown Duluth road closure for a couple of days.  If you work or plan to be in that area you should plan an alternative route.

The City of Duluth Public Works and Utilities Department has given us ample time to plan a different route to our destination in downtown Duluth.  Starting this Wednesday, November 12, 2014 West Michigan Street in downtown Duluth will be closed between 2nd Avenue West and 3rd Avenue West.

This is necessary for the installation of a gas service line to the new Duluth Transit Authority Multimodal Transportation Center. The road is expected to be open on Friday, November 21. Please keep an eye out for detour signage that will be in place.
