We've had a pretty nice start to September with some of the best weather we've had all year.  That is going to change in the next couple of days as a cold front is moving into the Northland, bringing heavy rain tonight, and cooler temperatures for the rest of the week.

The National Weather Service is forecasting rain to develop in the Arrowhead region today, and make it's way to Northwestern Wisconsin this evening and overnight.  1-2" of rain is expected in the Hayward Lakes region and to the east.

The cool off is expected to happen tomorrow (Wednesday) with temperatures in the mid to upper 40's.  It's not expected to bounce back, as temps are expected in the 50's for the rest of the week.

Fall is here, folks.
