Cedarcide All Natural Bug Spray Review

The mosquitoes were pretty bad last weekend.  We were at the cabin in Northern Minnesota, so it's pretty much always bad.  Every trip up I pick up a can of family bug spray, usually with the less amount of DEET to apply to the kids.  I usually get a higher concentrated DEET bug spray for the adults.  We usually get quite a few bug bites anyway.   This time we tried something all natural to see how it would work.  It's called Cedarcide.

Igloo Sportsman Contour Cooler Review

We went to the cabin for the 4th of July for a long weekend, and it was clear I was going to need another smaller cooler for the trip.  At Menards, I found this Igloo Sportsman Contour Cooler, which appeared to be a good size.  It was on sale for $19.97, so I thought I would give it a try.

Review Of HooDoo Point Campground In Tower, MN

I recently officiated a wedding at Fortune Bay Casino. That's about 2 hours from our home in Duluth, so we decided to stay at a campground nearby and chose the HooDoo Point Campground.  We had driven through it the year before and liked the sites right on the lake. After staying there for a weekend, here’s what we thought.

Watch These Panfish Nibble The Tip Of The Fishing Rod [VIDEO]

This isn't anything ground breaking or to make a big splash about, but I thought it was pretty strange.  Our panfish at our cabin have a tendency to nibble at anything.  That's including the end of my fishing rod.  I had accidentally let the tip hit the water when I first noticed it.  I felt a small strike.  I tried it again, and each time they did it.  They are little sunfish, and they are hungry!

We have owned our house for over 12 years and for all those years this area has looked just like this.  We believe at one point there use to be a rock garden there, see the big rock?  Now it just gets mowed around and looks horrible, is the attempt at making it a rock garden worth it?  Do people even have rock gardens anymore?
