You probably already have your guard up because of past scams that we've shared with you.  But in the last few weeks the Duluth Police Department has received several reports relating to money transfer scams. These scams have come in a couple of forms including job postings placed on employment websites and people being contacted regarding large lottery/prize awards that they have supposedly won. Duluth Police Department is Increasing Parking Enforcement to Deal with Recent Snowfall

 

I know, it's hard enough to remember which side of the street you should be parked on.  Most of us rely on trusting our neighbors (most we've never met) to be on top of it and we just follow their lead.  Due to the recent snow accumulation posing significant challenges the Duluth Police Department will be enforcing the parking ordinance and issuing tickets for those that don't comply.
