Authorities Are Looking To The Arson Tip Line For Lincoln Park Fire, Reward Being Offered

Once again, too close for comfort.  There were a fire that started in one home in my neighborhood that then jumped to an adjacent home and they have determined it was arson. They are now offering a reward.

It happened on Monday night, I remember hearing the sirens as I was laying in bed.  My thoughts and prayers go out to the residence of 2008 West 4th Street and the neighboring home that also caught on fire.  What a senseless act!  Luckily no one was home in either of the homes, however a pet snake was removed from one but it's life was unable to be saved.

They combined the total loss of the two homes and estimated it to be over $100,000.  They are now looking for the person or persons that started the fire, if you have information to share, please call the Arson Tip Line at 1.800.723.2020.  As the investigation continues by our Duluth Police and Fire Departments they are offering a $5,000 reward for info that may lead to the person(s) responsible.  Can you help?
