Aggravated Robbery Suspect Escapes Wearing Only Hospital Gown; Police Need Your Help Locating Him

Vanity was not in the mind of this robbery suspect when he fled Essentia Health in ONLY a hospital gown with an I.V. still in his arm.

A routine traffic stop lead to an arrest of Dennis Yeazle, 23, of Duluth.  The series of events that happen after that sound like something from a movie script.

On Sunday evening,  Duluth Police made a traffic stop at Snively Road and Morley Parkway. That's where they  learned that Yeazle had a Felony Warrant for Aggravated Robbery, was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Saint Louis County Jail personnel called Officers back a short time later and said that Yeazle mentioned that  he had swallowed a quarter gram of heroin before they arrested him.  The Officers then brought him to Essentia Health.  The next morning, Yeazle escaped from the hospital and was last seen running down 4th Avenue East with I.V. in his left hand wearing only a hospital gown.

He is still on the loose and Police need your help.   Yeazle is described as a 23 year old, white male, 5’11”, 180 pounds.

If anyone has seen or knows Yeazle’s whereabouts they are asked to call 911.
