Along with Clifford the Big Red Dog and Harold and Stone Soup, Where the Wild Things Are was one of my favorite early childhood books.  That book has been turned into a game and you can win this for the little one in your life with the Breakfast Club on Wednesday!

The story has been around since 1963 and while the story is enticing, the illustrations are what I appreciate as an adult.    Rather than make you read it again, I'll recap.  Remember Max, the young boy in the story?  He dresses as wolf and wreaks havoc in his house with the use of imagination that ends up with being sent to bed without supper.  That's where even more imagination takes place and his bedroom becomes a jungle with "wild things".  The wild things are sad to see him go when he decides to return to his home and it ends with a hot supper waiting for him.

The beloved book is now a game!  Perfect to be given away with the upcoming Halloween holiday.  You can win the game and relive your childhood by answering the Brainteaser Question at 6:40 this Wednesday, October 22 with Ken and Cathy.  Best of luck!

Ok, I want to know.  What are some of your favorite childhood books?
