A Cold and Unique Wisconsin Fishing Opener [VIDEO]

There's no point complaining about the weather at this point.  It's better to just accept it and and enjoy the unique experiences that arise from it.  The Wisconsin fishing opener is one event made more memorable by Mother Nature.
