3 Things Students Might Not Know About WITC’s Superior Campus
I had the honor of joining the WITC staff for Jump Start day. It's a day where students who are already register can learn more about what to expect with campus life and get the tools they'll need for their course. It's also a chance for people who are considering WITC can go to talk with instructors and find out if they are eligible for financial aid. I was surprised to find out things about WITC I didn't know existed.
According to WITC's website, the school was founded in 1912 and has over 100 career programs and certifications you can obtain while experiencing the full college experience. I like the fact that the classes are smaller, which is exactly what I would need and affordable, which again is what I would need and they tailor my classes to the career I'm looking to achieve. You may say, "ok, I knew all that", but did you know....

Student Housing
WITC has housing arrangements with the University of Wisconsin Superior. Students can live in their residence hall housing while pursuing their career. [more]

WITC Is Veteran Friendly
A veteran can apply for federal benefits through the US Department of Veterans Affairs. There are several classes available to Vets that are approved for financial assistance. [apply for educational benefits]

Clubs & Organizations
I love being a part of a club or organization that helps to develop a deeper interest and gives further education to the subject. There are several clubs that does just that on the WITC campus.
