Zumba For Heart Health And The American Heart Association This Sunday

I’m trying my first ever Zumba class Friday afternoon. So many people are LOVING this form of exercise! They tell me I’ll be able to do it whether I have rhythm or not, lol!
I’m learning just in time…because the American Heart Association is having their Zumbathon this Sunday and you’re invited to come feel the beat!
It’s a Party Hearty Zumbathon, this Sunday, March 18 at the Clyde Iron Works, 2901 West Michigan Street, 2-4pm. Join the movement to live a heart-healthy life. Tickets are $10 pre-sale or $15 at the door.
