Today is the culmination of years worth of work as scientists in the UK cook the first ever lab grown hamburger.   This is a big deal.  Food shortages are inevitable as world population explodes.  More and more countries, (like China) are raising cattle for beef consumption and it's drastically increasing the amount of greenhouse gases.  This could be the solution, but would you eat it?

So, hopefully this breakthrough will taste as good as the same thing.  If that's the case, I'll definitely eat it.  But what do you think?
