With Warm Weather Here, Remember Dangers of Drowning are Always Present [VIDEO]

Summer is an awesome time in the Northland, with warm weather and plenty of lakes and pool areas to enjoy.  However, it's important to remember that drowning is the third largest cause of death among children.

Our media partners at WDIO produced this important and timely report about the dangers of drowning.  We picture someone yelling and splashing when they're in trouble, but drownings can happen very quietly with people nearby and unaware there is trouble.
