The Minnesota Wild duplicated the offensive and defensive success of Monday night's game, collecting their second straight win to even the first-round Stanley Cup Playoffs series at two apiece going into the weekend.

The Wild were dominant through the game, outshooting the Avalanche 32-12 and setting a new franchise record for fewest shots allowed in a playoff game. This continues a trend of Colorado being outgunned, with the Avs being outshot 78-34 in the last two games, with Ryan O'Reilly getting the only goal in that span of time.

Jared Spurgeon struck first, finding the net on a slapshot early in the first period, and Charlie Coyle's third goal of the series for Minnesota proved to be the game-winner in the match.

Game 5 of the series is back in Denver on Saturday night at 8:30.
