What Is Taste At Fitgers? Questions Are Answered!

Taste At Fitgers is tonight from 6-9pm and tickets are very limited as of Friday morning.  Get tickets by calling 218-722-8826.  Fitgers is located at 600 E Superior Street in Duluth, which I never knew.  I'd just look for that big cool looking building.

With the weather being what it is, I think being inside Fitgers on a Friday night sounds like a great decision, but  I wanted to know what this event was about.

For our benefit, I cornered our promotion guru Kim Carr as she left the ladies room to ask her 3 questions:

1. Hi Kim! Tonights the big night, Taste At Fitgers! Tell us what happens when we go:

Duluth’s finest local restaurants and chefs will be serving tastes of their most creative and most popular masterpieces and area vendors will be sampling exquisite wines, tasty brews, and other non-alcoholic beverages. There will also be a Silent Auction so be sure to bring your wallet!

2. Sounds like fun. Where do the proceeds go?

100% of the proceeds will go to the Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank who serve thousands of people in the Northland each month in need of food.

3.  Nice!  Will we be allowed to simply lick the food or will this be yet another event that discourages licking?

Unfortunately, manners are required at this event. You will not be allowed to lick the food on the table but be assured you will need to lick your fingers after trying some of these delectable treats!
