Even during the down years, Saturday Night Live is always funny when the actors can't control themselves and start to laugh.  You're bound to get some laughs out of this video which highlights some of those moments.

I realized two things while watching this video.  The the first is all the truly funny people that have been involved in SNL over the years, and the other is how much I miss Phil Hartman.
