Week 16 in the NFL saw the Minnesota Vikings earning their third straight win as they continue to prove they are worthy to enter the 2012 NFL Playoffs.

The 23-6 win over the AFC leading Houston Texans showed the strength of the Vikings defense and an ability for Christian Ponder to bounce back after stringing together some poor performances in previous games.

The Vikings, now 9-6, currently sit as the 6th seed in the NFC with the last Wild Card spot behind the Seattle Seahawks. After a convincing win over the Texans, the Vikings are in a "win and you're in the playoffs" situation against the Green Bay Packers in the final game of the regular season.

After the strong team performance against the Texans, Coach Frazier and and owner Zygi Wilf addressed the team, showing some raw emotions after a convincing victory as an underdog on the road.
