UW-Superior Hosting Kid’s Triathlon; Registration Deadline August 3

University of Wisconsin-Superior’s Campus Recreation is hosting a triathlon for kids ages 6 to 14 on Saturday, August 11 and the registration deadline is August 3.  

According to organizers, participants in three age groups will take part in biking around the UW-Superior campus, running in the Marcovich Wellness Center Fieldhouse, and swimming in the Joan Hendrick Swimming Pool. Distances for each event vary by age group. All participants must have a bike, bike helmet, running shoes, and swim wear.

Finishers will be recognized with a medal and hot dog, and all participants will receive a T-shirt and race goody bag. Concessions will also be available for purchase at the event.

Check-in and race bag pickup will begin at 7:00 a.m. on August 11 and the kid's triathlon is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. in the Marcovich Wellness Center on the UWS campus.

Registration is due by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 3.  Follow the link below to access registration forms and the required liability waiver.
