US Default Avoided as Congress Votes to End Government Shutdown [VIDEO]

It may not be permanent solution, but it is a start at the very least.  The US government shutdown is over and Federal workers should return to work Thursday morning.

CNN.com is reporting that the bill was on its way to President Barack Obama's desk late Wednesday night and he had every intent to sign it right away.
