The annual City of Duluth's Parks and Rec Sand Modeling Contest and Water Safety Expo was suppose to take place on July 21. The temp is hot, the sun is shining, but because of the havoc that the early morning storm has inflicted on the Northland, the event has been postponed.   Here's the details.

UPDATE: The new date for the event from the City of Duluth is:  Thursday, July 28 at Park Point Beach.  Sorry for the inconvenience and hope your family can make it for all the fun that awaits on the new date.  Here's what you can expect!
