Hockey is over for the most part and baseball has yet to begin.  If you're looking for something fun for your kids to do while burning off some energy, get them to the Duluth Heritage Sports Center beginning May 15.

The City of Duluth Parks and Recreation division is partnering with the Duluth Heritage Sports Center and the UMD LAKEFFECT and Northern Lights Ultimate teams to offer ultimate frisbee sports for area youth every Sunday from May 15 to June 5.

All Northland youth between 8 and 17 years-old are invited to participate.  You'll get the chance to learn the basics, practice and compete in informal pick-up games.

This sounds like a lot of fun.  If you're interested, or have questions, you're encouraged to call 218-723-4322.
