Training for Superior Landlords to Take Place November 10th

If you've thought about renting out a property, or if you've already been a landlord for years, it's a good idea to attend the Landlord 101 training on November 10th.

Topics will include lease documents, application processes, fair housing laws, WI laws, best practices, and other useful information.

The session will take place at the Superior Senior Citizen Center at 1805 N. 16th Street at 6:00 pm on November 19th.    The session is free.
