Tom Cruise And Katie Holmes Are Getting Divorced

It seems like only yesterday that Tom Cruise was jumping up and down on Oprah’s couch in celebration of his love for the beautiful Katie Holmes. Now, after 5 1/2 years of marriage, it has been confirmed that the famous couple are getting a divorce.
No reason has been given for the split, as reps for both simply claim they are focusing on the children. One could speculate that Katie may have been the unhappy one because in a recent interview with Playboy magazine, Tom Cruise gushed about how much he was in love with his wife and how special she is.
Either way, it can’t be easy to go through such a thing while being followed relentlessly by the press who you know will not honor their request for privacy during this time.
