Bad news out of Minnesota Vikings training camp today as Teddy Bridgewater apparently suffered a serious injury, prompting practice to be cancelled after only 25 minutes.

According to StarTribune.com, it was a left leg injury suffered during a non-contact drill and an ambulance was called to take Teddy from practice.  Other Vikings players were visibly and audibly upset, which leads me to believe that this could have a major immediate impact on the team.

This is a developing story, but it does not look good for Teddy and the Vikings quarterback situation.  If Bridgewater is out, primary backup Shaun Hill would most likely be the starter and rookie Joel Stave would back him up.

However if this is a season ending injury, the Vikings would most likely look to sign or trade for a veteran quarterback like Mark Sanchez or Michael Vick.
